辽宁五女山山城高句丽遗址博物馆Museum of ruins of Wunushan mountain city of koguryo kingdom, Liaoning

高句丽遗址博物馆为配合世界文化遗产高句丽王城遗址而建，位于五女山脚下，掩映在树丛当中。它依附山体，叠合而上，内部空间的扭转带动了建筑形体的变化。外部模拟王城遗址而采用的石块筑墙也延续到展厅内部，形体之间扯开缝隙若干，让自然光景渗入室内，试图强调时空的转换，让古老的传说在冥冥中复苏，与今人产生情感的交流，这便是设计的意匠所在。

This museum is built for the ruins of koguryo kingdom, which is listed in the ‘List of World Heritage”. Nestled against the Wunushan Mountain, the museum in green shadows develops along the contour of mountain. Twisted inner spaces give it a dynamic appearance. The exterior stone walls which show respect to the ancient ruins also extend into interior spaces. The gaps between volumes introduce natural light into exhibition halls implying the change of time. Key of the scheme is to awake the traditional spirit concealed in modern people's heart.
