蓬莱古船博物馆Penglai Ancient Ship Museum

古船博物馆位于蓬莱水城保护区范围内,在遵循文物保护基本原则的前提下，设计构思希望再现古军港帆桅林立、战舰森森的壮观景象，以及船只修造的场面，并将游客体验式参观和建筑功能及流线组织结合起来。沉船遗址展厅位于船骸原址之上，其主体埋入地下，地面仅保留绿坡和屋顶的复原古船台展示场。管理研究用房是相对独立的地面仿古院落，与水城内的复原古建筑群相呼应，地下与博物馆的展区相通，从而保持了水城风貌的历史真实性和完整性。

置身斜柱支撑的仿船坞空间，观众可以在入口序厅层与底层这两处不同高度，两次看到残船。建筑空间结合展陈设计，将残船文物、复原影像以及顶棚的水下船底意象并置展示，多层次地凸显古船主题。

Situated in the water town conservation zone of Penglai, the site museum is started to recur the spectacular of ancient military harbor with sails and masts. The visiting circulation provides a series of experiences for the shipbuilding and military and connects other service facilities. Covered by the exhibition platform of rebuilt ancient ships and grass slopes, the site hall is embedded into the earth modestly. A set of traditional style courtyards is set relatively independent in the northwest corner of the site to show respect to the whole ancient building complex of the water town, while its underground level is connected to the exhibition hall.

The V-shaped structural supports of the site hall bring a sense of dockyard. By entering the hall and stepping down to the underground level, visitors encounter the ship ruins from different angles. The ruins, the restored image and the ship bottom image on the ceiling collaborate together to embody the ancient ship in multiple aspects.
