北工大软件园二期E地块BPU Software Park II-Plot E

地块位于本院此前设计的B地块的西南侧，西面风景优美的凉水河。设计充分利用这一景观资源，将较高的建筑布置在沿河一侧以获得良好的景观，同时建筑间较大的日照间距也确保园区内部可以欣赏到河畔景色。建立与软件园其他地块的联系是设计的另一要点。三层高的裙房将高层建筑连接起来，这个高度与A地块现有建筑相同，便于形成完整的城市界面，使整个区域具有识别性。顺应弧形道路所形成的折线层叠变化，既提示了道路特点，也增加了建筑的标志性。为园区提供服务的企业会所，设于地块东北侧，与B地块的公共服务平台联系紧密，增加了各区之间的联系。

Located along Liangshui River, the Plot E of BPU Software Park II is just to the southwest of the former built Plot B, also designed by CAG. By setting the higher office buildings facing the river, it gains larger sunshine spacing to introduce more scenic views into the deep of the campus. Another key to the design is the continuous street wall paralleling the riverbank, which creates a signature identity, while respecting the context with the same height of the podium. The enterprise club of the campus is on the northeast corner, which is close to the public service building of the Plot B, to intensify its connection to other campus of the whole business park.
