中信泰富朱家角锦江酒店CITIC Pacific Zhujiajiao Jin Jiang Hotel

宾馆与朱家角古镇隔大淀湖相望，以若干大小不同的矩形院落的相互交叉嵌套，用方整的单体形成了丰富而生动的聚落式空间。格栅、木窗、片石、竹林等传统元素的运用，均衡而非对称的构图方式，使素白的现代建筑与江南水乡的传统民居产生了契合。每个院子具有独特的景观和装修形式，并结合陶瓷、竹木、琉璃、砖墙、金属等不同材料形成各自的主题。院落围合和建筑墙体上看似随意的开窗，既来自功能需求，也根据不同景观方向，形成巨幅景框，将自然风景和人文艺术剪裁成迷人的画卷。沿着建筑内部行走其间，江南园林般的空间形态次第展开，现代与传统交织其中。

为了保持环湖公共绿带的完整，建筑基地被一分为二，其高度也因毗邻古镇而受到限制，控制在12m以下。

Lies across Dadian lake to Zhujiajiao old town, the resort adopts a spatial organization casting a number of boxes with different sizes, proportions and textures into the site. The interweaving and interaction of modern cubes create a dramatic atmosphere with the scene of traditional settlement. Detailed by the lattice, rockery and bamboo, the whole resort is a blending of modern construction with a subtle reference to historical building form in the riverine towns. Outside, the rich manners of decoration, landscaped design and building material individualize each courtyard. The openings of courts and walls frame lots of giant views of the lake and human landscape. Inside, a rich procession of space is formed that recalls the experiential sequence of traditional Chinese gardens.

Divided by a green loop around the Dadian Lake, the resort near to the old town was asked to be designed under the strict height constraints of historical zone.
