北京奥林匹克塔Beijing Olympic Tower

位于奥林匹克公园中心区的北京奥林匹克塔，其灵感来自于自然界植物生长的形态，也寓意奥运精神的生生不息。塔座部分覆土而建，缓缓升起的绿坡覆盖率整个大厅，既与周边景观自然衔接，也可为游客提供仰望塔顶的座席。从基座破土而出的塔身，底部采用实体围护，随着向上生长的态势，逐渐如枝叶般分叉，露出内部树枝肌理的银白色金属幕墙，与银灰色的镀膜玻璃幕墙虚实交织，让整个建筑显得轻巧起来。五个位于不同高度的塔顶如水平伸展的树冠，在空中似分似合。站在观景平台上，既可远眺北京周边的奥运景观，也能感受到超尺度的建筑和结构本身带来的震撼。

Located in the Olympic Green, Beijing Olympic Tower represents the vigorous spirit of Olympic Game by its growing gesture inspired by the plants in nature. Five huge towers emerge from the base covered by green slope. Along with the growing upward, the envelop structure gradually bifurcates into branches. The top of the towers stretch out, forming a tree-crown like shape. Standing on the overlook platform, one can overlook Olympic Green around.
